There are many forms of entertainment, from sports, comedy, television, radio, inactive games, and many others. There have been many changes that have take place in the last decade that will change everyone forever. One could say that the four major sports in America are football, baseball, hockey and soccer. This could also change depending on whom you ask. Although, it may be easy to forget, all sports are a form of entertainment. According to Merriam- Webster, entertainment is described as the act of entertaining or amusement or diversion provided especially by performers.
In sports, the big news of the day for American football is the first season opener of the National Football league. On September 8, 2011, the Green Bay Packers vs. the New Orleans Saints was the game set to begin the season, both former Super Bowl champs. If the game opener was a glimpse of what is to come, then we are in for some unbelievable football this year. The Packer started the game with two touch downs before Drew Brees could even get warmed up. It was a good game with explosive play, hard running, and textbook pass and catch plays. The game ended with the score 42 -34 with the defending Super Bowl Champs Green bay Packers victorious.
In the world of Hip Hop, Lil Wayne has accomplished something that seemed very difficult in the past few years. This would be digital albums out selling single song downloads, help this was the releasing of Lil Wayne‘s “tha Carter IV”. This is only the second time. The first time was November 2010 when the iTunes launch the Beatle catalog, according to Nielsen Sound Scan.
